Customer Service was excellent. They repaired the suspension on my truck. I did not have any problems once repaired and it drives great. I will most definitely would go back for service for all my vehicles.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MIDAS. I brought my vehicle in for service on February 22nd due to my vehicle seeming to drag, after driving it for a while once it got hot. Midas inspected my vehicle and advised that the issue was due to bad brakes all around and that I needed to have all my brakes and pads replaced. I was reluctant due to the cost being $1,379 and my car was breaking just fine, but Midas advised that my issue was due to bad breaks and if I did not replace them all, I would continue to have this issue. I paid the $1,379 and the very next day when I drove the vehicle, I had the same problem so I took it back to Midas. That very next day, the mechanic inspected my vehicle again, and this time advised that it was due to a bad caliber on the front right tire and that it needed to be replaced to correct the issue. They said I needed to pay an addition $400. After going back-and-forth with them, the manager finally agreed to replace the rotor at no cost since they clearly misdiagnosed my car. After leaving, my vehicle continued to experience the same problem so I took it back last week and they told me that the issue is with the back rear caliber now and that would cost a

I took my car in for simple tire balancing and front end alignment. Every tire was off balancing by ounces. 1 rim was off by almost 4 ounces. I've had to run around town getting each rim re-balanced. On top of that my alignment is so bad off 2 of my brand new tires are rubbed almost raw. The picture is a brand new tire 1 month ago they installed. If you care about your vehicle do not take it to these people they do not respect anyone. I've tried to resolve this for a month and they are now ruder than they ever have been. Too many shops to go too stay away from Midas in Southaven.

Came in on Memorial Day afternoon with a flat tire. Amanda helped me out and was incredibly kind, skillful, and knowledgeable in every area. The whole team worked very efficiently and provided an amazing experience. My tire was changed in no time and it was very reasonably priced! I cannot overstate how appreciative I am of these individuals and their service. Thank you once more, and I will never hesitate to return anytime I am nearby. Exemplary people and equally great professionalism and service.

After weeks of what should have been a radiator repair, again we’re told the car is ready after they’ve tried “changing parts” to only now have a drivetrain warning as well as the check engine light on. Car not ready and every time we go there’s a new problem or warning light and the attendant at the front desk was so nonchalant and would not give me the name of management I could connect with. This is the lousiest service I’ve ever seen in my life with such a non professional lack of empathy and accountability.
